Limited variety of products. Apparently having a restaurant taking up space is more important then having a good selection of products. The only reason I went here was for their selection, after all the prices are a good bit higher then other stores.
I normally like the store. This time I had a coupon for free orbit gum. Scanned the gum and my groceries, wouldn't scan the coupon. Called for help. Clerk couldn't scan coupon. He asked me to bring to another register with a scanner and that didn't work either. He took me to customer service where the girl said it was only good at Get go. I told her to take it off my order. She needed the gum. Had to go all the way back to where my groceries were and bring back to her. I then waited for her to take it off. In leaving was going to go to Get go but once opened the coupon was only good for 15 mins. Who does this, and it was expired. I also thought Get go and Giant Eagle were the same company. Lesson learned the hard way.
Easy to get in and out of parking lot. Get Go in the same lot. Store is always clean, organized. I personally also use the PNC bank, cleaners and other shops in the same mall. Great location to get a lot done in one trip.
