Pet People's Rocky River location is the best! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about what they have in store and if they don't have what I'm looking for, they offer suggestions on things to look for online/try. I cannot say enough good things about them. When they offer advice or a product, they're genuinely trying to find what you need and not pushing things on you to try and sell them. I love Pet People and so do my dogs!
So far so good! They are super friendly and we received many free samples our first time there! They have the cutest dog treats! I haven't tried their self-serve dog bath, but I plan on trying it out soon! I will definitely return!
Great customer service. Helped my dog with a skin allergy. Changed her food and prevented her going on prescription meds. Happy customer and happy pup.
This shop is pretty small, but they carry products that are good for your puts and hard to find elsewhere. This is a great place to find healthy pet foods. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
I do not have any dogs but there is a store mascot who's a sweetie (she's a black lab I believe) and an entire wall of bag-your-own doggie treats.
Food is better quality and more expensive, but I was blessed to discover that the brands I now buy there (mentioned above) are higher calorie and less empty calories and fillers, so my cats eat less of it.
Pet People is my pet supply store! I drive past several other pet stores to get to it because the staff is knowledgeable and know a lot about their brands. They specialize in whole food, organic, even raw food if you want to try a better diet for your pet or your pet has special needs. There are several brands here that I'd have to special order or buy online otherwise- such as Arcana (regionally formulated high-protein cat food) or Wilderness Brand.
