Returned an item. Left on hold for 12 min then someone said they had no idea I was on the phone and I waited longer for a response. Lady who did my return didn’t know if she put the refund in the gift card properly so I waited another 15 min to check out with a line of 5-6 people behind me. Per the return receipt they took 20% because “it could have been purchased at 20% off” but they couldn’t look up the receipt even through they knew what day it was sold. This store way overpacked with overpriced items. Definitely won’t be returning.
Think Pier 1 without the furniture.

Dont know much about Pier 1 but just went in today and really like their items. I bought about 5 items. Prices I felt like prices were good.
Pier One has got nothing on this place. The items here are unique, and the taste level is high. This is the place to go if you want something no one else has in their house. Sales associates do not hoover over you. Always a pleasure shopping here.
