We purchased a washer and dryer from Lowe's and signed up for the free delivery and $15 old unit removal service. I now understand why the delivery was free. We were guaranteed a delivery between 10:30 and 12. The delivery team was an hour late. The men sent to my home were rude, used foul language, and complained about the removal of the old unit. They did not cover their shoes and tracked dirt in and out of the house. Every 5 minutes, they asked for help to do their job. We had accidentally left a few pieces of clothing in the old dryer, and one of the Lowe's movers flung our clothing up the stairs and all over the floor. I found one of my shirts in a crumpled heap under the dirty basement staircase. He did not give an opportunity for us to remove the clothes, he did not ask for a laundry basket, and he did not seem to understand that a simple "you left a couple of things in the dryer" would have been the professional, normal thing to do. We are DIY people and have gone to Lowe's for every home improvement project. We use our Lowe's credit card frequently. However, this experience really causes me to question my loyalty to this company. It disgusts me that there were unprofessional, rude, nasty men in my home where I should feel safe and comfortable. Had I been home alone when this happened, I would have demanded that these men leave my house.

I ordered 60 inch wide vanity which arrived broken. I've heard this happens anywhere. The salesperson kept in touch with me right away to let me know and the customer service was cooperative always. Even though it was a hassle to reorder for the second delivery, and the second vanity was partially cracked inside, I got a discount. 5 days for a delivery seems fast compared to everywhere else I called for the same size. And for the speed, I am relieved to get my project done with pleasant salespeople.

Lowe's delivery was a DISASTER!

This place has been a go to for us as we remodeled our house. Our experiences are usually pretty good here. Today we went in to grab a few items, and we were helped by one employee and scorned by another. We hurried to the check out 5 minutes after they were closed. After taking our money, and telling us we couldn't take the cart of out the store, the cashier proceeded to shove our purchases in our face while we tried to organize everything so we could carry it out the door (while seemingly telling us to take a hike). As we were leaving I noticed the manager jump in to cash out her drawer, and proudly say she was done for the day. This means the manager was sitting there the whole time watching this go down without saying anything at all! Good experience in the beginning, poor experience at the end. It's not that hard to wait those 2 extra minutes for us to grab our items and leave.

They try to take out the old washer dryer unit with major attitude. The guy named Chris acted like it was the end of the world to take out a washer dryer from the basement. Chris then began throwing our laundry that was left in the dryer up at me from the steps while they were moving it up the steps...First, I had to take a whole day from work to wait for these douchebags..and second, we paid how much for the washer dryer for their "Pro" staff to treat us this way. It is only fair to treat your customers with respect. I know the washer dyer was hard to install in a tight space.. but that is your job. That is why you have a job. If I can install a washer dryer unit with an old man before, the Lowe's "Pro" service team should be able to do it without crying about it.

We recently purchased a washer dryer unit from them and they delivered today.

Frankly, they deserve a 5 because the customer service was fantastic. I'm just trying not to get out of giving 5 stars. They did as good as they could do. The place is very well organized. If this one piece that I purchased works for the project that I'm trying to cobble together, I may come back and edit my rating to a five-star.

Delivery team came about 45 minutes late, with no call to say they were going to be late for the appointment from 9am-12pm.
